Step 1: Dip a cotton pad in raw milk and cleanse your face with it. You can wash your face with plain water after that.

Step 2: Mix 2/3 cup oatmeal flour, 1/3 cup barley flour and 1 tbsp grinded dried lavender flowers. Store this mix. Mix with water and wash your face everyday with it.

Step 3: Steam your face with a facial streamer for 5-10 mins, keeping a distance of 6 inch. Do this only twice a week to deep cleanse.

Step 4: DIY mask with 2 tsp of gram flour, pinch of turmeric, 1 tsp each of greek yoghurt and honey. Apply on face and neck. Wash before it is too dry. Avoid eye area. Use 4-5 times a week

Step 5 : Gently rub ice over your skin. If it is too cold or you are not comfortable with direct contact , wrap ice in a towel and use.

Step 6 : Apply rose water by gently patting it all over the skin. If rose water is not available use any other natural toner.

Step 7 : Apply thick layer of aloe vera gel all over face and neck. Leave for 5 minutes and wipe the extra gel.
